Thai Yoga Massage

The Traditional Medical Massage of Thailand is one of the world's oldest healing modalities. The massage draws mostly on the disciplines of Ayurvedic Medicine (from India) and Traditional Chinese Medicine. During a massage, yoga-type stretches are used and pressure is applied along energy lines to restore balance, release tension, and awaken the body's inherent ability to heal itself. These techniques, along with the rhythmic motion maintained throughout the massage, relax the body, quiet the mind and relieve the symptoms of your chief complaint.

Thai massage is done on a mat on the floor. The massage is done fully clothed and oils are not required. It is best to wear comfortable clothing that doesn't inhibit joint movement.
